Here’s everything you need to know before the fair!
Who needs a wristband?
- Children ages 3+ require a wristband to participate.
- Children 2 & under get a wristband for free! Please tell the volunteers about your toddler so that they can get their free ice cream and participate in all of the activities.
- Adults: No wristbands. You are encouraged to play carnival games and assist, but the inflatables are just for kids.
What is included with every wristband?
- 1 freezie
- 1 lollipop tree pull
- 1 ice cream truck treat (you’ll get your voucher when you pick up your wristband)
- 2 air brush tattoos
- 1 henna design
- 1 face paint design
- 1 balloon twistie
- Unlimited play on inflatables
- Unlimited play on midway games (prizes may be limited to ensure there is enough for all kids)
- Unlimited exploration of interactive stations
Where do I go to get my ice cream & my freezie?
Don’t worry – it will be easy to find!
Look at our map
- Freezies: Outside door 4 (english Kindie doors). One freezie per wristband (volunteers will mark your wristband).
- Ice cream truck: East side of playground (against the fence that borders the public parking lot). Don’t forget to bring your voucher!
Will there be washrooms available?
- Yes. All-gender, single-stall washrooms inside the school are available.
- For the accessible washroom, please go to the portable and we will facilitate access.
Can I use cash and/or debit cards at the fair?
Yes, you can pay with cash and/or debit to purchase play-all-day wristbands, food & drinks, raffle tickets and items from market vendors.
How does the raffle work?
All 14 raffle prizes will be on display at the raffle station. You’re invited to purchase a ballot with cash and/or card. Participants are required to write their name and contact information and drop their ballots into their preferred prize boxes. Winners are drawn and announced on the outdoor stage at 2:30pm.
Is the fair inside or outside?
Both! There’ll be lots to explore outside as well as on the first and second floors.
Who is performing on the stage and when?

Inflatables info:
- Footwear: No shoes. Socks are recommended but not required.
- Weather: Cannot be used in strong winds; staff will temporarily deflate them until conditions improve. Backup/rain dates are not possible due to cost (i.e. paying double!)
How does the auction work?
- Head over to the auction page for all the info! Bidding is open until 9pm on June 1st
How do I buy wristbands?
- On Munch-a-lunch or in person at the fair.
Can I bring my dog?
- Sorry, but dogs are not permitted on school grounds (except service animals).
